Associate General Counsel (Entry-Level)

As an Associate General Counsel at OKX, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance on a wide range of matters related to our cryptocurrency exchange and blockchain technology. This includes advising on regulatory compliance, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing legal risks, and supporting new product development. You will work closely with business teams to ensure all operations meet legal standards and best practices.

• A law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Admission to the bar in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience in financial services, technology, or cryptocurrency law is a plus.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide legal advice on product development, operations, and marketing initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the cryptocurrency industry.
• Assist in managing litigation and disputes.
• Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures.
