Contract Engineer At Aragon (Remote)

As a Smart Contract Engineer at Aragon, you will design, develop, and deploy smart contracts for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs). You will work on creating secure and gas-efficient contracts, conduct thorough testing, and ensure the highest standards of blockchain security. This part-time role offers flexibility while allowing you to contribute to meaningful projects in the decentralized governance space.

• Strong experience with Solidity and smart contract development.
• Deep understanding of Ethereum blockchain and EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine).
• Knowledge of smart contract security best practices and common vulnerabilities.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols and DAO governance mechanisms.
• Good understanding of gas optimization techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

• Design and develop smart contracts for DAO governance and management.
• Write comprehensive tests to ensure contract security and functionality.
