NextGen Program, Customer Care (Part-Time Working Student)

As a member of our Customer Care team, your main job is to answer user questions through email and tickets. You will help them with account issues, transaction questions, and general inquiries about Bitpanda’s products. You will provide clear and helpful answers to make sure our users have a great experience.

• Currently enrolled as a student at a university.
• Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
• A friendly, patient, and helpful attitude.
• Interest in cryptocurrencies and financial technology.
• Ability to work part-time (around 20 hours per week).
• Good problem-solving skills.

• Respond to customer support requests via email and our ticketing system.
• Help users with their accounts and solve their problems.
• Explain how to use Bitpanda’s products and features.
• Work with the team to improve our support process.
• Share user feedback with the product team.

Q1: Is this a paid position? Yes, this is a paid part-time role. The salary is based on a full-time equivalent of $35,000 – $45,000 per year and will be adjusted for part-time hours.

Q2: How many hours will I work per week? This is a flexible part-time role, typically around 20 hours per week. We will work with you to create a schedule that fits your studies.

Q3: Do I need to be an expert in crypto? No, you don’t need to be an expert. We are looking for people with a strong interest in the topic and a desire to learn. We will provide training.

Q4: Can this role become a full-time position after I graduate? We are always looking for great talent. Students who perform well in our NextGen program are often considered for full-time roles after graduation.
