As a Senior People Operations Manager at Stellar Development Foundation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that support our mission to create equitable access to the global financial system. You will manage HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational development programs. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep understanding of remote work best practices, and passion for creating inclusive workplace cultures.

• 7+ years of experience in people operations, HR, or organizational development.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience managing remote and distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and people analytics.
• Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred.

• Develop and implement people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Design and execute employee engagement and retention programs.
• Partner with leadership on organizational development and culture building.
