As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator at Uniswap Labs, you will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts. • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with ATS systems and recruiting tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or DeFi is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communications and provide updates throughout the process.
